Composite augmentation, or breast enlargement using a combination of the patient’s own fat and silicon implants, is currently one of the most modern and sought-after methods, which yields natural results even for slim patients.
Fat is the ideal filler – it is compatible with your body and integrates naturally into your tissue.
Unfortunately, breast enlargement using fat alone is limited, as fat tissue is partially absorbed after application.
Silicon implants are thus used to achieve larger sizes, while the patient’s own fat tissue naturally hides and covers the implant.
The combination of these two methods leads to the best and most natural results.
A novel breast augmentation method that leaves just a 2.5 cm scar
The revolutionary Motiva Ergonomix breast augmentation method using silicone implants enables breast augmentation using incisions that are only 2.5 cm long. When routine breast implants are used, an incision of at least 5 cm is needed.
Using special technology, the Motiva Ergonomix implant is compressed to a minimal size using the so-called Insertion Sleeve, a sterile funnel-like bag. Before inserting the implant, a pouch corresponding precisely to the selected implant is prepared using the Motiva™ Ultralight LED Retractor for better visibility.
This highly safe technique, whereby the implant is inserted into the breast via a sterile bag, decreases the risk of infection around the implant and prevents the risk of capsule contractures in the future.

When to undergo surgery:
Generally anytime is fine, unless you’re planning to become pregnant in the near future. The size of breasts can change significantly during pregnancy. It is recommended that mothers wait at least 6 months after they stop breastfeeding.
What to expect:
Full breasts enlarged to the desired size category. As a bonus, they will look natural, and the edges of implants will be indiscernible.
How is the surgery performed:
The operation takes about 2-2.5 hours and is performed under general anaesthesia. The surgeon first performs liposuction to obtain the required fat from selected areas. He/she then performs the augmentation while the fat is cleaned. After obtaining the highest quality fat with the highest number of stem cells, the surgeon applies it along the edges of the implant.
Length of hospitalisation:
Hospitalisation is usually for two nights.
What to expect after surgery:
We recommend taking at least 14 days off work and avoiding sports for 4-5 weeks. A special bra must be worn for 4 weeks.
