Double chin liposuction has become one of the most popular procedures in recent years. This can be performed either in combination with facial liposuction or on its own. Treatment is carried out in the area below the chin, from the level of the thyroid cartilage to the lower jaw.
As with all other liposuction at our clinic, double chin liposuction is also performed using the latest Body Jet technology.

What to expect:
Minimisation of a double chin, smoother and tighter skin below the chin.
How is the procedure performed:
The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia. First, a small amount of local anaesthetic is applied below the chin. A thin tumescent cannula is inserted at this point, and the area below the chin is saturated with a tumescent solution which will only fill the area beneath the skin. The solution will be evenly distributed in about 30 minutes, and then a special suction cannula is used to perform liposuction.
Length of hospitalisation:
No hospitalisation is required.
What to expect after the procedure:
The client will wear a special compression halter for 24 hours a day during the first week after the procedure, and then for at least 12 hours a day in the subsequent week. Bruises and swelling will disappear within a week.
We recommend staying at home in the first week and avoiding sports for 14 days.
